Bio
I am a dually licensed massage therapist in Florida and New York and National Board Certified in Therapeutic Bodywork, with advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. I currently practice in South Florida.
For over a decade, I have worked with professional athletes and performing artists across multiple disciplines, including international tennis and soccer players, athletes in the NBA and NFL, Broadway performers, and international circus artists. I have also taught and mentored in academic and clinical settings, including Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy continuing education program.
Background
A native New Yorker, I began my career in the fitness industry, where I spent more than a decade developing and teaching performance-based training.
During that time, I taught dance, strength and conditioning, cardio-based training, and recovery-focused classes. I also held certifications in Personal Training, Kettlebell Training, Spinning, and Cardio Kickboxing while pursuing advanced study in Pilates and yoga.
This background continues to inform my approach to manual therapy, integrating strength training principles and biomechanics into precise, targeted treatment.
Having experienced my own physical challenges, I bring a practical understanding of how the body responds to stress, injury, and recovery, which informs a more attentive and individualized approach to care.
To support treatment outcomes, I collaborate with physiotherapists, sports medicine specialists, chiropractors, and integrative health practitioners as needed. I maintain a private mobile practice in South Florida.
All professional licensing standards are upheld, with strict sanitation practices and an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment.
