Orthopedic Sports Massage is a musculotherapy-based treatment that combines advanced hands-on techniques with targeted therapeutic exercise to support recovery and long-term performance.

Many athletes only seek care when pain has already set in, and traditional therapy may not effectively address their pain.

I address your pain first. Using precise, hands-on techniques (no mechanical devices or tools), I assess posture and body mechanics to identify the underlying cause.

All too often, during training at the gym or on the field, clients and players do not receive consistent guidance or corrections on biomechanics, leaving them more prone to injuries and reduced performance.

During your hands-on treatment, to address this, I may use manual resisted exercises to target weaker or under-trained supporting muscles, and provide exercises and stretches to correct biomechanics and reinforce deeper musculoskeletal integrity.

This approach bridges the gap between medical care and fitness training, providing effective pain relief and personalized movement strategies for lasting results.
