The goal of treatment is to maximize your mobility by reducing your physical pain and mental stress. Sessions are a culmination of massage and manual therapy techniques that address your present symptoms and meet your specific needs. For the most effective results, treatments are deep and intense while being sensitive to your bodies response for optimal relief. Whether you are suffering from a stiff neck from traveling, shoulder pain from the gym or you are looking to reach another level in your game, sessions will help you to reach your goal.
Unlike conventional massage which may be limited to one modality ("Swedish" or "Deep Tissue"), this treatment offers a more individual treatment plan. Many of the deeper and specific areas that are often overlooked in therapy such as Psoas (deeper hip flexor), Rotator Cuff (shoulder), Intercostals (ribs) or Scalene (front neck) are released to provide long term results. Postural changes and balance of the musculoskeletal and nervous system are also treated which often help clients feel 'lighter', 'more open' and see improvements in their levels of anxiety and stress. Other benefits include improved muscle tone, flexibility, performance and energy levels.
To provide you with the most effective treatment plan, together, we will review your medical history, assess your posture, daily ergonomics and gym routine. Session begins with 'warm up' traditional massage to help the body and mind settle. Depending on palpation assessment, techniques can include Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Sports and Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release. Functional Mobilization, Active Release and various Neuromuscular Stretching modalities. After treatments recommended stability and stretching may be included. All techniques are based in anatomy and physiology (+ some Eastern modalities).
PLEASE NOTE: I do not use hot stones, or any spa treatments, nor do I charge extra for hot/cold therapy, oils or 'muscle therapy' lotions.

Download and complete a health intake form, bring along to your first appointment. Alternatively, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out.
There is a quiet waiting space should you arrive for your appointment early, where you can relax & unwind before your session.
If participating in a Physical Therapy program please bring a list of exercises/diagnosis.
Please bring comfortable clothing or gym attire.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
